How do I register my pet's microchip?

Registering your pet’s microchip ensures they’re linked to you, so if they are ever lost and found, you’re the first to be contacted.

Follow the simple steps below to complete registration quickly.

1. Go to the Registration Page

Visit petdatabase.com/register.
You’ll see the registration form with fields for your personal details.

2. Enter Your Details

Fill in the following fields:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address (enter twice to confirm)

• Password (enter twice to confirm)

Tip: Use an email address you check regularly—this is how we’ll contact you if your pet is found.

3. Tell Us If You Currently Own a Pet

From the dropdown, select Yes or No.

• Yes: You’ll be prompted to enter your pet’s details next.

• No: You can still create an account and add a pet later.

4. Agree to the Terms

Tick the box to agree to Pet Database’s terms and conditions.
Optional: Tick the second box to receive Perk Alerts for freebies, discounts, and offers.

5. Submit Your Form

Click Continue (or the on-screen button) to move to the pet registration step.

• If you said Yes to owning a pet, you’ll be guided through entering your pet’s details and microchip number.

• If your microchip is already on another database, we’ll help update it so your pet’s details are correct and legal. You can choose which database your details are registered with as it is your data.
