How do I change my password on Pet Database?

Changing your password is quick and easy — and it’s a good idea to update it regularly to keep your account secure.

1. Log in to your account at petdatabase.com/account.

2. In the Personal details section, click Change password.

3. Enter your current password.

4. Type your new password and then confirm it by typing it again.

5. Click Save to apply the change.

• Use at least 8 characters.

• Include a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Avoid using obvious information like your pet’s name, your birthday, or “123456”.

• Go to the login page and click Forgot password?

• Enter your registered email address and follow the link we send to reset your password.
